I also slipped into a k habit which im still bingeing a little bit and hooked on the free party lifestyle, and funnily enough i moved from devon to hampshire where i discovered it. Its creeping into the legal raves now too the amount of times iv been to a club and seen seen people wobbling about and i have to say ive been one of them, its so wrong it really is. The only reason my habit was cut short (and thank god) is because the 'k heds' i was hanging around with (my friends to me though) were all arrested in a raid, and some imprisoned. I also know a chap who has had a catheter fitted at a stupidly young age. so let this be a warning to you ravers. something that is so fun and 'insightful' can be so so deadly and destoying. stop NOW before its too late. well david, im really pleased you have beaten this.
